2025 Annual Report

Silent Integrity Inc., trading as the Child Recovery Agency

Operational Impact – Child Recoveries

Despite escalating challenges across Southeast Asia, our small team has remained relentless in our mission to protect vulnerable children. Over the past 12 months, CRA has been directly involved in the following child recoveries (Southeast Asia):

1st Quarter (Jan–Mar): 6 child recoveries
2nd Quarter (Apr–Jun): 15 child recoveries
3rd Quarter (Jul–Sep): 6 child recoveries
4th Quarter (Oct–Dec): 4 child recoveries

Total child recoveries for the year: 31

Every one of these children represents a life redirected away from abuse and exploitation. Each recovery is the result of careful planning, collaboration, and decisive action in high-risk environments. Your support plays a vital role in making these recoveries possible.

Training & Capacity Building
Strengthening frontline capability continues to be one of our most effective and life-saving strategies in the fight against child trafficking and exploitation.

Over the past 12 months:
More than 60 officers from the Cambodian Anti-Human Trafficking & Juvenile Protection Divisions have now been fully trained by CRA/SOI (MDTA).
More than 50 restoration and rescue-centre staff from Agape International Missions (AIM) received specialised training during the year.
Our collaboration with AIM began in 2014 and remains a cornerstone of our capacity-building efforts. Together, we continue to empower both law-enforcement personnel and survivor-care teams with practical, field-tested skills, including:
Personal and operational safety
Operational awareness
Conflict management
Trauma-informed protection
Harm-minimisation practices

Your support ensures these frontline professionals remain equipped, confident, and capable in some of the most challenging environments across Southeast Asia.

Financial Transparency
Maintaining full transparency and accountability is a core commitment of the Child Recovery Agency. Our most recent financial-year statement has been provided to support this commitment.

Total Income: AUD $101,488
Total Costs: AUD $136,102
Operational Shortfall: AUD $34,000

As in previous years, I personally funded this shortfall to ensure that all operations, training programmes, emergency responses, safe-house logistics, and repatriations continued without interruption.

After our total annual salaries of AUD $31,200, every donated dollar is directed toward mission-critical activities, including:
Child recovery operations
Training and capacity-building programmes
Operational deployments
Repatriation logistics
Survivor protection and support

Our administrative expenses remain minimal, allowing us to operate as an extremely lean, mission-focused organisation.

Final Note As this report demonstrates, we operate on a very fine margin. Your financial support is not only valued but essential to sustaining our work. We remain fully transparent, and aside from the Memorandums of Understanding held with partner organisations, all other information regarding our activities is publicly available.

Thank you for standing with us. Your support genuinely changes lives.
