Services Disclosure Statement

Silent Integrity Inc., trading as the Child Recovery Agency

What we do.

Intelligence - Surveillance - Reconnaissance - Recovery

Although recovery (rescue) missions/operations are part of what we do, it's not all that we do.

We offer our services to Government and Non-Government organisations, as well as undertaking our own missions/operations in all areas of Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Recovery.

Mission:
The overall objective we are contracted to achieve.

Operation:
The individual and varied operations required to complete the contracted mission.

Intelligence
Intelligence is where our Agents will gather information in relation to possible trafficking or the sexual exploitation of children. Intelligence gathering includes interviewing different individuals, possible witnesses or individuals with information or evidence relating to a mission or operation. Sifting through pages of documentation including statements and other related information. Also gathering information from the internet, sourcing background information and processing it as required. Our gathered intelligence is used for our missions/operations or handed over to the relevant organisation to use as required.

Surveillance
Surveillance is basically a subcategory of our Intelligence services, where our Agents will undertake different types of surveillance to obtain information, gather evidence and any required information for corroborating evidence. Surveillance can be via electronic surveillance, video, photos, social network, aerial surveillance, human surveillance etc. Our surveillance information is used for our missions/operations or handed over to the relevant organisation to use as required.

Reconnaissance
Reconnaissance is where our Agents actively gain information about natural features and other activities in an area or location of a mission/operation. Reconnaissance includes physically surveying of the terrain, area, location and other related factors. The purpose of reconnaissance is to obtain information for operational requirements, or for rescue, recovery or repatriation. Our reconnaissance is used for our missions/operations or handed over to the relevant organisation to use as required.

Recovery
Recovery is where Agents undertake Direct or Indirect recovery operations. Depending on the Government or Non-Government organisation we are working in with, Agents may work undercover for securing children or as a physical response asset to the contracting organisation.

Direct Recovery:
Where our Agents are physically involved in the recovery.
Indirect Recovery:
Where our intelligence, surveillance, or other information provided leads to the recovery via a Government or Non-Government organisation.

Recovery
Recovery has different classifications & areas of operation.

The Two Classifications:

Sanctioned:
This is where the rescue/recovery/repatriation is undertaken with law enforcement or sanctioned NGO involvement.
(Under MOU & NDA Agreements)

Unsanctioned:
This is where the rescue/recovery/repatriation is undertaken without law enforcement or sanctioned NGO involvement.
(Under MOU & NDA Agreements)

The Areas of Operation:

Rescue:
A Rescue is what CRA classifies as a Recovery. Where a sanctioned/unsanctioned operation is undertaken to rescue a child/children in a raid or rescue type operation, usually overt in nature. However, it can also be undertaken in an undercover type operation.

Repatriation:
Repatriation is where a sanctioned/unsanctioned operation is undertaken to transport a child/children from an undocumented location; meaning where they have been trafficked to. Back to a documented location; a location they are meant to be. This is usually in relation to but not limited to border crossings.
